You can pay for your order via direct bank transfer. After selecting this option at checkout, you will receive our bank account details. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

3. Cash on Delivery

Prefer to pay when your order arrives? We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within our delivery zones. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as our riders may not always carry change.

Your security is our top priority. All transactions on Temple Hill Supermarket are:

Promo Codes and Discounts

My payment failed. What should I do?

First, verify that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method if the issue persists. Contact your bank if you continue to experience problems or reach out to us at admin@templehill.ng.

I was charged but my order was not confirmed. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at admin@templehill.ng with your payment reference number. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Can I pay in instalments?

Currently we do not offer instalment payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Is my payment information saved?

For your convenience, you may save your card details for future purchases. Your information is stored securely and encrypted. You can remove saved payment methods from your account settings at any time.
