Placing an order at Temple Hill Supermarket is quick, easy and convenient. Follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Create an Account or Log In

Visit our website and click on the Sign Up button to create a free account. If you already have an account, simply log in with your email address and password.

Step 2: Browse and Search for Products

Use the search bar to find specific products or browse through our categories including Groceries, Fashion, Electronics, Beauty, Baby and Kids, Household Items, Frozen Foods and Drinks, and Gift and Event Decoration.

Step 3: Add Items to Your Cart

When you find a product you want, select your preferred size, colour or variant (where applicable) and click Add to Cart. Continue browsing and adding items until you are ready to checkout.

Step 4: Review Your Cart

Click on the shopping cart icon to review your selected items. You can update quantities, remove items or apply a promo code at this stage.

Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

Click Checkout and choose your delivery method. Enter your delivery address or select a saved address from your account.

Step 6: Select Delivery Type

Choose your preferred delivery option — standard delivery or express delivery — based on your needs and timeline.

Step 7: Make Payment

Select your preferred payment method from the available options and complete your payment securely. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.

Step 8: Track Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its progress in real-time through your account under the Orders section.
